Incomplete Present Tense

In 'Incomplete' present tense, an action is incomplete. An action is yet to be happened. It also means you are still planning it. Such as, I'm going to play or I'm going to read a book. In both cases, an action is incomlete or it is yet to be happened. So, to show any action which is incomplete, you have to use 'going to'.
